Rentify Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Rentify mobile app and related services. By using Rentify, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You are responsible for account information and device security.
Google sign-in may be used for authentication and backup features.
You are responsible for activity under your account/session.

2. App Usage

Use Rentify only for lawful property-management purposes.
Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt app functionality.
You own the data you enter (tenants, properties, billing records).

3. Premium Features & Billing

Some features are Premium and handled through Google Play billing.
Pricing, taxes, and refunds are managed by Google Play policies.
Entitlement status may be revalidated for fraud prevention.

4. Data, Backups & Responsibility

Rentify provides local/Drive backup tools, but backup hygiene is your responsibility.
Keep at least one valid backup snapshot before major data changes.
Restores can replace existing app data.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Rentify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from app usage.
You are responsible for compliance with local laws and tenancy rules.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
